【摘要】：目的了解某院2012-2015年金黃色葡萄球菌的臨床分布特征及對(duì)抗菌藥物的耐藥特點(diǎn),為臨床合理使用抗菌藥物提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用WHONET5.6對(duì)724株金黃色葡萄球菌的標(biāo)本來(lái)源、科室分布及耐藥性等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年該院從送檢的67 262份標(biāo)本中分離出724株金黃色葡萄球菌,其科室分布主要以ICU、骨科、皮膚科、普外科、神經(jīng)外科和腎病科為主;標(biāo)本來(lái)源主要為分泌物,其次來(lái)源于痰液、血液、膿液和腦脊液;其中共檢出耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)268株,檢出率為37.0%(268/724);金黃色葡萄球菌對(duì)阿奇霉素、克林霉素、克拉霉素、紅霉素和青霉素的耐藥率高達(dá)70.0%。結(jié)論該院檢出的金黃色葡萄球菌對(duì)多種抗菌藥物均可產(chǎn)生不同程度的耐藥性,故應(yīng)加強(qiáng)臨床合理使用抗菌藥和感染控制的監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital from 2012 to 2015 so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods WHONET5.6 was used to analyze the origin, distribution and drug resistance of 724 strains of Staphylococcus aureus.Results 724 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 67,262 specimens from 2012 to 2015. ICU, orthopedics, dermatology, general surgery, neurosurgery and renal diseases were the main distribution of Staphylococcus aureus, and the samples were mainly derived from secretions.The next source was sputum, blood, pus and cerebrospinal fluid. A total of 268 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus MRSA were detected, with a detection rate of 37.0% 268 / 724; Staphylococcus aureus against azithromycin, clindamycin, clarithromycin, and clarithromycin.The resistance rates of erythromycin and penicillin were as high as 70.0.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus detected in our hospital has different degree of drug resistance to various antimicrobial agents, so we should strengthen the supervision of rational use of antimicrobial agents and infection control in clinic.
