【摘要】：目的探討改良牙墊在預防ICU氣管插管患者口唇壓瘡中的效果。方法 2014年11月至2015年1月,便利抽樣法選取在中南醫(yī)院重癥醫(yī)學科行經口氣管插管機械通氣患者129例為研究對象。按隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組(n=64)和觀察組(n=65)。對照組患者口腔護理完畢后,采用普通牙墊,并同氣管導管一并固定;而觀察組患者口腔護理完畢后,則采用改良牙墊(附有牙墊保護套的牙墊),并與氣管導管一起固定。結果對照組共有9例患者發(fā)生口唇壓瘡,口唇壓瘡發(fā)生率為14.06%;觀察組患者未發(fā)生口唇壓瘡。兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.0034)。結論使用改良牙墊可降低牙墊對經口氣管插管機械通氣患者口唇及牙齦的壓力,減輕牙墊對患者口腔造成的刺激,從而提高患者口腔的舒適度,預防ICU氣管插管患者口唇壓瘡的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of modified dental pad on the prevention of lip pressure sore in patients with ICU tracheal intubation. Methods from November 2014 to January 2015, The convenience sampling method was used to select 129 patients with mechanical ventilation of oral tube intubation performed in the Department of intensive Medicine of Central South Hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the random digital table: control group (n = 64) and observation group (n = 65). After the oral care of the patients in the control group was completed, the patients in the control group were given oral care. The patients in the observation group were treated with common dental pad and fixed with trachea catheter, and the patients in the observation group were treated with oral care. Then the modified tooth pad (tooth pad with protective cover of tooth pad was fixed with trachea catheter). Results in the control group, there were 9 patients with lip pressure sores, the incidence of lip pressure sore was 14.06, and the patients in the observation group did not have lip pressure sores. Conclusion the use of modified dental pad can reduce the pressure on the lip and gingiva of the patients with mechanical ventilation through oral tube intubation, reduce the stimulation of the dental pad on the oral cavity of the patients, and thus improve the comfort of the patients' oral cavity. To prevent the occurrence of lip pressure sores in patients with ICU tracheal intubation.
