【摘要】：本文回顧和梳理了我國學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于長期護理保險制度構(gòu)建問題研究的理論成果,并重點就我國長期護理保險制度的構(gòu)建模式、籌資與給付、制度要素、實施步驟等內(nèi)容研究進行了總結(jié)與評述,最后結(jié)合學(xué)術(shù)界形成的理論共識和爭議點,提出構(gòu)建我國長期護理保險制度應(yīng)注意的若干問題。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews and combs the theoretical achievements of the research on the construction of long-term nursing insurance system in Chinese academic circles, and focuses on the construction model, financing and payment of long-term care insurance system in China, and the system elements.The implementation steps were summarized and commented. At last, some problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of long-term nursing insurance system in our country were put forward in combination with the theoretical consensus and the controversial points formed in the academic circles.
