【摘要】：目的探討眼球萎縮患者的患病體驗(yàn)及內(nèi)心感受,為制定有效的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)策提供依據(jù)。方法采用質(zhì)性研究法對(duì)15例眼球萎縮患者進(jìn)行深度訪談,訪談內(nèi)容根據(jù)Colaizzi的現(xiàn)象學(xué)分析法進(jìn)行整理。結(jié)果共提煉出就醫(yī)延遲、軀體感覺(jué)異常、負(fù)性情緒、社會(huì)適應(yīng)障礙4大主題。結(jié)論眼球萎縮患者由于疾病知識(shí)缺乏導(dǎo)致就醫(yī)延遲,存在生理心理問(wèn)題及社會(huì)適應(yīng)障礙。需對(duì)患者開(kāi)展眼球萎縮疾病知識(shí)健康教育,加強(qiáng)心理護(hù)理,提供社會(huì)支持,有助于提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the experience and feelings of eyeball atrophy patients, provide the basis for the development of effective nursing intervention measures. Methods by using qualitative research method in 15 cases of eyeball atrophy in patients with in-depth interviews, interviews were collected according to the analysis of Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results there were medical treatment delay, somatosensory abnormalities, negative emotion the 4 themes, social adaptation disorders. Conclusion the eyeball atrophy patients due to lack of knowledge of the disease resulting in medical treatment delay, physiological and psychological problems and social adaptation disorders. Patients need to carry out health education eyeball atrophy disease knowledge, strengthen the psychological nursing, social support, help to improve the quality of life of patients.
