【摘要】：正患兒男,12歲。50天前因跌倒左顳部碰到桌角后,左顳部隆起一腫物,質(zhì)地硬,大小約3 cm×3cm,未伴疼痛,建議熱敷處理。行熱敷后腫塊進行性增大,為求進一步診治入院。體檢:患者神智清,精神可,飲食、睡眠、大小便情況良好。MRI檢查:左側(cè)顳部皮下可見團塊狀等長T_1、混雜等長T_2信號(圖1、2),DWI高b值部分?jǐn)U散受限(圖3)。靜脈注入Gd-DTPA后:左顳部團塊狀信號不均勻環(huán)形強化,
[Abstract]:After falling over the left temporal part and touching the corner of the table before 12 years old and 50 days ago, the left temporal part bulged up a mass with a hard texture, which was about 3 cm 脳 3 cm in size, without pain. It was suggested that the hot compress should be treated. After the hot compress, the mass gradually enlarged. For further diagnosis and treatment of admission. Physical examination: the patient mind, mind, diet, sleep, The condition of defecation and urine was good. MRI examination showed that subcutaneous mass of T _ 1 and mixed T _ 2 signal of same length could be seen in the left temporal region. (fig. 1) the high b value of DWI was partially diffused limited (fig. 3). After intravenous injection of Gd-DTPA, the mass signal of left temporal mass was enhanced inhomogeneously and circularly.
