【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)回顧和評價(jià)國內(nèi)外護(hù)理人員地震災(zāi)害護(hù)理救援的體驗(yàn)。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索護(hù)理學(xué)及醫(yī)療相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)累計(jì)索引(cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature,CINAHL)、Medline醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、British Nursing Index(BNI)數(shù)據(jù)庫、EBSCO數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集2001-2015年關(guān)于地震災(zāi)害護(hù)理救援體驗(yàn)的文獻(xiàn),根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料,并對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行定性分析。結(jié)果共納入20篇文獻(xiàn),主要研究內(nèi)容涉及地震災(zāi)害的災(zāi)前備災(zāi)、災(zāi)時(shí)應(yīng)對和災(zāi)后精神心理影響及建議。結(jié)論地震災(zāi)害護(hù)理救援體驗(yàn)的研究大多局限在災(zāi)時(shí)的緊急救援工作,而忽略了災(zāi)前備災(zāi)及災(zāi)后重建與恢復(fù),災(zāi)害護(hù)理專業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)貫徹執(zhí)行國際護(hù)理學(xué)會(huì)制定的災(zāi)害護(hù)理能力框架和世界衛(wèi)生組織制定的災(zāi)害管理原則。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically review and evaluate the nursing and rescue experience of earthquake disaster among nurses at home and abroad. Methods the cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature database of medical literature was searched by computer. The full text database of China national knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, national Nursing Index (BNI), is used to collect the literature on the experience of earthquake disaster nursing and rescue from 2001 to 2015. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the documents are selected and extracted. The qualitative analysis of the literature was also carried out. The results included 20 articles, the main contents of which were related to the disaster preparedness before the earthquake disaster. Conclusion the study on nursing and rescue experience of earthquake disaster is limited to emergency relief work, and neglects disaster preparedness and reconstruction and recovery. The development of disaster nursing specialty should carry out the framework of disaster nursing capacity developed by the International Nursing Institute and the principles of disaster management formulated by the World Health Organization.
