【摘要】：目的探討心理韌性和希望水平對(duì)胃癌患者焦慮的影響,為胃癌患者心理干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣方法,對(duì)臨床324例胃癌患者運(yùn)用焦慮自評(píng)量表、心理韌性量表和希望量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果比較分析顯示,不同性別、學(xué)歷水平、婚姻狀況胃癌患者焦慮自評(píng)、心理韌性得分不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同性別、婚姻狀況患者希望水平得分不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)分析顯示,胃癌患者焦慮與心理韌性各維度、希望各維度均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),相關(guān)系數(shù)r分布在-0.556~-0.124。多元回歸顯示焦慮自評(píng)量表得分的影響因素有文化程度、婚姻狀況、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、心理韌性和希望水平。結(jié)論臨床護(hù)理人員應(yīng)通過提高患者心理韌性和希望水平,降低胃癌患者焦慮。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mental toughness and hope level on anxiety of gastric cancer patients, and to provide evidence for psychological intervention of gastric cancer patients. Methods the self-rating anxiety scale was used in 324 patients with gastric cancer by cluster sampling. The psychological toughness scale and the Hope scale were investigated. Results the comparative analysis showed that the scores of anxiety self-rating and psychological resilience of patients with gastric cancer with different gender, educational background and marital status were different (P 0.05). The scores of hope level of patients with marital status were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that anxiety and psychological toughness of patients with gastric cancer were all dimensions. It is hoped that all dimensions are negatively correlated (P 0.05), and the correlation coefficient r is in the range of -0.556- 0.124.Multivariate regression analysis shows that the factors influencing the scores of self-rating anxiety scale are education level, marital status, family economic level, and so on. Conclusion Clinical nursing staff should reduce anxiety of patients with gastric cancer by improving their psychological resilience and level of hope.
