對(duì)病毒性腦炎患兒家長(zhǎng)實(shí)施心理護(hù)理后對(duì)患兒的影響

【摘要】:目的探討對(duì)病毒性腦炎患兒家長(zhǎng)實(shí)施心理護(hù)理干預(yù)后,對(duì)患兒智力及運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。方法選擇我院兒科收治的86例病毒性腦炎患兒家長(zhǎng),依據(jù)隨機(jī)分組的原則,將86例家長(zhǎng)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組43例。對(duì)照組家長(zhǎng)給予一般健康教育,觀察組家長(zhǎng)在一般健康教育的基礎(chǔ)上給予心理干預(yù),分別于兩組患兒入院當(dāng)日及出院前對(duì)家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行焦慮抑郁評(píng)估,兩組患兒均隨訪6個(gè)月,采取HDS智力測(cè)試量表及Fugl-Meyer運(yùn)動(dòng)功能測(cè)試量表評(píng)價(jià)兩組患兒智力及運(yùn)動(dòng)功能恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)前,兩組家長(zhǎng)的焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)和抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)分,兩組患兒的HDS和Fugl-Meyer評(píng)分,組間比較無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。干預(yù)后兩組家長(zhǎng)SAS和SDS評(píng)分均較入院時(shí)顯著減少(P0.05),且觀察組家長(zhǎng)焦慮抑郁評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);隨訪6個(gè)月,兩組患兒HDS、Fugl-Meyer評(píng)分均較入院當(dāng)日均顯著提高(P0.05),且觀察組患兒的HDS、Fugl-Meyer評(píng)分均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)病毒性腦炎患兒家長(zhǎng)實(shí)施心理干預(yù)后,對(duì)患兒日后的智力及運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的恢復(fù)有明顯影響,可以有效改善患兒預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on intelligence and motor function of children with viral encephalitis. Methods 86 parents of children with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into groups. 86 parents were divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). Parents in control group were given general health education, and parents in observation group were given psychological intervention on the basis of general health education. The parents of the two groups were evaluated for anxiety and depression on the day of admission and before discharge. The children in both groups were followed up for 6 months. The intelligence and motor function of the two groups were evaluated by HDS and Fugl-Meyer motor function test. Results before intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SAS), and HDS and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were evaluated. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those at admission, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and were followed up for 6 months. The scores of HDSU Fugl-Meyer in both groups were significantly higher than those on the day of admission, and the scores of HDSv Fugl-Meyer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion after psychological intervention, the patients with viral encephalitis were treated with psychological intervention. It has obvious influence on the recovery of intelligence and motor function, and can effectively improve the prognosis of children.
