左氧氟沙星使用頻度與細菌耐藥性的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的分析喹諾酮類抗菌藥物左氧氟沙星的使用頻度和與臨床分離主要細菌耐藥性的相關(guān)性,為臨床合理使用抗菌藥物提供參考依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析醫(yī)院2013年1月-2015年6月各季度喹諾酮類藥物的使用頻度與臨床主要分離5種細菌的耐藥率,并對二者的相關(guān)性進行統(tǒng)計,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 13.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果各季度左氧氟沙星的使用DDDs呈升高的趨勢,大腸埃希菌隨著左氧氟沙星使用頻度的增加細菌耐藥率逐漸降低,二者呈負相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);鮑氏不動桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌對左氧氟沙星的耐藥率呈正相關(guān),肺炎克雷伯桿菌和銅綠假單胞菌對左氧氟沙星耐藥率負相關(guān),但差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論大腸埃希菌的耐藥率和左氧氟沙星的使用頻度具有相關(guān)性,要減少多藥耐藥菌株的產(chǎn)生,應(yīng)注意合理使用抗菌藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the frequency of use of levofloxacin (levofloxacin), a quinolone antibiotic, and its correlation with the drug resistance of major clinical isolates. Methods from January 2013 to June 2015, the frequency of use of quinolones and the drug resistance rate of five bacteria were analyzed retrospectively. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results the DDDs of levofloxacin increased in every quarter. The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli decreased with the increase of levofloxacin use frequency, and there was a negative correlation between the two, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus to levofloxacin was positively correlated. There was a negative correlation between Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to levofloxacin, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion there is a correlation between the drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli and the frequency of levofloxacin use. To reduce the production of multi-drug-resistant strains, attention should be paid to the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
