【摘要】：目的分析個(gè)性化護(hù)理干預(yù)措施在晚期肝癌患者優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取我院2015年4月~2016年7月收治的晚期肝癌患者96例作為研究對(duì)象,按照入院治療的先后順序,將其分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各48例。觀察組選擇個(gè)性化護(hù)理,對(duì)照組選擇常規(guī)護(hù)理,對(duì)兩種護(hù)理模式的應(yīng)用價(jià)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果觀察組經(jīng)護(hù)理后,其SAS評(píng)分和SDS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組,護(hù)理滿意度高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論晚期肝癌患者采用個(gè)性化護(hù)理模式,可將整體護(hù)理質(zhì)量進(jìn)行提升,有助于患者不良情緒的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application value of individualized nursing intervention in the quality nursing care of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods 96 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected as study objects, according to the order of admission treatment. It was divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases each. The observation group chose individualized nursing, the control group chose routine nursing, and the applied value of the two nursing modes was compared. The SAS score and SDS score of the patients were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the individualized nursing model can improve the overall nursing quality of the patients with advanced liver cancer. It is helpful to improve the patients' bad mood.
