【摘要】：目的為1例成骨不全患兒外固定架固定術(shù)后制定安全有效的康復(fù)方案。方法在全面評(píng)估患兒病情的基礎(chǔ)上,提出臨床問題,全面檢索美國國立指南庫(NGC)、Cochrane Library、Pub Med、CBM、CNKI、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,并追溯參考文獻(xiàn),將獲得的高質(zhì)量臨床證據(jù)結(jié)合患兒情況及家屬意愿,制定康復(fù)方案。結(jié)果共檢出隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)1篇,病例報(bào)告4篇。制定漸進(jìn)性康復(fù)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃并實(shí)施,康復(fù)期間患兒無新發(fā)骨折,肌力、步態(tài)、日常生活活動(dòng)能力等有較大改善。20周時(shí)Berg評(píng)分43分,Barthel指數(shù)80分。結(jié)論采用循證的方法,為該成骨不全患兒外固定架固定術(shù)后制定的漸進(jìn)性康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方案,安全性、有效性、可行性均較好,有利于患兒回歸家庭,回歸社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:For the purpose of 1 cases of osteogenesis imperfecta patients with external fixation after operation rehabilitation regimen is safe and effective. Methods on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the illness, clinical problems were put forward, a comprehensive search for national guideline Library (NGC), Cochrane Library, Pub Med, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang database, and back references, clinical evidence of high quality will be combined with the intention and the families of children with, formulate rehabilitation scheme. Results there were 1 randomized controlled trials, case report 4. Formulate progressive rehabilitation training plan and implementation, during rehabilitation in children with no new bone, muscle strength, gait, activities of daily life ability greatly improved.20 week Berg score of 43, Barthel index 80 points. Conclusion using evidence-based methods, the osteogenesis imperfecta with external fixator fixed postoperative progressive rehabilitation training program, safety, effectiveness and feasibility were better for patients Children return to their families and return to society.
