【摘要】：目的了解社區(qū)老年癡呆(AD)患者護(hù)理現(xiàn)狀及照顧者的生活狀況,探討社區(qū)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)老年癡呆患者及其照顧者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取社區(qū)老年癡呆患者60例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)指導(dǎo)和健康宣教,觀察組除實(shí)施常規(guī)指導(dǎo)和健康宣教外,同時(shí)進(jìn)行新社區(qū)護(hù)理干預(yù),包過(guò)調(diào)配飲食、生活起居,心理干預(yù)、定期家訪等。觀查2組患者干預(yù)前及干預(yù)后2年智能狀態(tài)和日常生活能力方面的變化及2組照料者干預(yù)前及干預(yù)后2年生活質(zhì)量的改善情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者智能狀態(tài)在干預(yù)后2年較對(duì)照組和干預(yù)前有明顯提高(t=2.59,P0.05;t=2.36,P0.05),而且日常生活能力在干預(yù)后2年較對(duì)照組和干預(yù)前也有明顯提高(t=2.97,P0.01;t=2.13,P0.05);對(duì)照組患者在智能狀態(tài)和日常生活能力方面在干預(yù)2年后無(wú)明顯改變(P0.05)。采用新的護(hù)理干預(yù)方法后觀察組照料者生活質(zhì)量較對(duì)照組和干預(yù)前有明顯改善(t=3.86,P0.01;t=5.90,P0.01),而對(duì)照組則無(wú)變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論采取合理和可行的社區(qū)護(hù)理干預(yù),可以提高AD患者的生活質(zhì)量,減輕照顧者的心理壓力,減輕家庭負(fù)擔(dān),延緩疾病進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nursing status of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) in community and the life status of caregivers, and to explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of senile dementia patients and their caregivers. Methods 60 patients with dementia in community were selected. The observation group was randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. In the control group, routine guidance and health education were carried out. In addition to the routine guidance and health education, the observation group carried out nursing intervention in the new community at the same time, including diet, daily living and psychological intervention. To observe the changes of mental state and daily living ability before and after 2 years of intervention and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups of carers before and after intervention. Results the intelligence of the patients in the observation group was observed. Compared with the control group and before intervention, the energy state was significantly improved 2 years after intervention than that in the control group and before the intervention, and the ability of daily living was significantly improved 2 years after intervention than that in the control group and before the intervention, while in the control group, the intelligence state and the daily living ability of the patients in the control group were significantly improved than that in the control group and before the intervention. After 2 years of intervention, there was no significant change in the quality of life of the carers in the observation group after 2 years of intervention. The quality of life in the observation group was significantly improved than that in the control group and before the intervention. Conclusion reasonable and feasible community nursing intervention was adopted. It can improve the quality of life of AD patients, relieve the psychological pressure of caregivers, lighten the burden of families and delay the progress of disease.
