碳青霉烯類(lèi)抗菌藥物對(duì)腸桿菌科細(xì)菌及非發(fā)酵菌的防突變濃度研究

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)碳青霉烯類(lèi)抗菌藥物對(duì)臨床分離的100株大腸埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、銅綠假單胞菌和鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌的防突變濃度(MPC)。方法采用瓊脂稀釋法測(cè)定碳青霉烯類(lèi)抗菌藥物(亞胺培南、美洛培南、厄他培南和多利培南)對(duì)臨床分離的腸桿菌科和非發(fā)酵菌菌株的最小抑菌濃度(MIC)及MPC,并計(jì)算MPC/MIC比值。結(jié)果碳青霉烯類(lèi)抗菌藥物對(duì)腸桿菌科敏感株的MPC為0.25~4.0μg·m L~(-1),耐藥株MPC為8.0~64.0μg·m L~(-1)。多利培南、亞胺培南、美洛培南對(duì)非發(fā)酵菌敏感株的MPC為2.0~4.0μg·m L~(-1),耐藥株MPC為8.0~128μg·m L~(-1)。腸桿菌科細(xì)菌和非發(fā)酵菌敏感株的MPC/MIC比值為2~4,耐藥株多為8~16。結(jié)論碳青霉烯類(lèi)抗菌藥物對(duì)腸桿菌科和非發(fā)酵菌敏感株的MPC為0.125~4.0μg·m L~(-1),MPC/MIC比值為2~4;對(duì)耐藥株的MPC為2.0~128.0μg·m L~(-1),MPC/MIC比值為8~16。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effects of carbapenem antibiotics on 100 clinical isolates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods Antimutagenic concentrations of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were determined by Agar dilution method. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and MPCs of ertapenem and dolipenem against clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae and non-fermentative strains were calculated and the MPC/MIC ratio was calculated. Results the MPC of carbapenem antimicrobial agents to Enterobacteriaceae strains was 0.2540 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1), and the drug resistance was 0.2540 渭 g 路m ~ (-1). The MPC of the strain was 8.0 渭 g 路m ~ (-1), and that of Dolipenem was 64.0 渭 g 路m ~ (-1). Imipenem, The MPC of non-fermentative strains was 2.0 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1), the MPC of resistant strains was 8.0 ~ 128 渭 g 路m ~ (-1), the ratio of MPC/MIC of Enterobacteriaceae to non-fermentative strains was 2 ~ (4), and the resistant strains were 816. Conclusion the results suggest that carbapenem antibiotics are resistant to Enterobacteriaceae and non-fermentative bacteria. The MPC of the susceptible strain was 0.125 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1) and the ratio of MPC to the resistant strain was 2.0 ~ 128.0 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1), the ratio of MPC / MIC was 80.16.
