【摘要】：目的嘗試評(píng)價(jià)貴陽地區(qū)無償獻(xiàn)血人群中開展血液病毒核酸檢測(NAT)的必要性和重要性。方法應(yīng)用Grifols Procleix Tigris全自動(dòng)NAT和Procleix Ulitrio Assay HBV、HCV、HIV NAT聯(lián)檢試劑,對(duì)72 967例無償獻(xiàn)血者血液標(biāo)本做HBV、HCV、HIV聯(lián)檢,并對(duì)聯(lián)檢陽性標(biāo)本做鑒別試驗(yàn);同時(shí)對(duì)同批標(biāo)本采用ELISA雙試劑平行檢測。結(jié)果 NAT陽性檢出率為0.63%(462/72 967),ELISA檢測陰性標(biāo)本的NAT陽性檢出率0.16%(119/72 624);單項(xiàng)核酸陽性標(biāo)本的鑒別試驗(yàn)陽性率為24.3%(29/119)。結(jié)論貴陽地區(qū)核酸檢測合格血液中存在的輸血傳播疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要是輸血感染HBV,NAT用于血液篩查能進(jìn)一步降低輸血傳播疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the necessity and importance of blood virus nucleic acid (Nat) detection in volunteer blood donors in Guiyang. Methods using Grifols Procleix Tigris automatic NAT and Procleix Ulitrio Assay HBV Grifols NAT assay, 72,967 blood samples from unpaid blood donors were tested for HIV detection. The positive specimens were tested for identification. The results showed that the positive rate of NAT was 0.63% and 0.16% of the negative samples detected by Elisa, and the positive rate of single nucleic acid positive samples was 24.33% 29 / 1190.Conclusion in Guiyang area, the positive rate of NAT was 0.19 / 72,6240.The positive rate of single nucleic acid positive samples was 24.3g / 29 / 1190.Conclusion in Guiyang area, the positive rate of NAT was 0.19%. The risk of transfusion transmitted diseases in blood by acid detection is mainly due to the fact that transfusion infection with HBV Nat can further reduce the risk of transfusion transmitted diseases.
