護(hù)士情緒智力、積極情緒與工作投入的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:[目的]研究護(hù)士情緒智力、積極情緒和工作投入的關(guān)系。[方法]采用問卷調(diào)查法,以396名護(hù)士為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用情緒智力量表、積極情緒分量表和工作投入量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。[結(jié)果]護(hù)士情緒智力、積極情緒和工作投入存在著密切的關(guān)系;情緒智力對(duì)護(hù)士工作投入有顯著的預(yù)測作用(β=0.518,P0.001),積極情緒對(duì)護(hù)士工作投入有顯著的預(yù)測作用(β=0.351,P0.001);積極情緒在護(hù)士情緒智力和工作投入的關(guān)系中起部分中介作用。[結(jié)論]護(hù)士情緒智力不僅對(duì)工作投入有直接作用,而且通過積極情緒對(duì)工作投入產(chǎn)生間接作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the relationship between nurses' emotional intelligence, positive emotion and work engagement. [methods] 396 nurses were investigated with emotional Intelligence scale, positive emotional component Table and work engagement scale. [results] there were close relationships among nurses' emotional intelligence, positive emotion and work engagement. Emotional intelligence had significant predictive effect on nurses' job engagement (尾 0.518 / P 0.001g), positive emotion had significant predictive effect on nurses' work engagement (尾 0.351 / P 0.001), positive emotion played a part of intermediary role in the relationship between nurses' emotional intelligence and work engagement. [conclusion]. (2) Nurses' emotional intelligence not only has a direct effect on job engagement, And through the positive emotion to work the engagement to produce the indirect effect.
