【摘要】：正"邊緣時(shí)間"是指手術(shù)患者從病房進(jìn)入手術(shù)間之前和手術(shù)結(jié)束后從手術(shù)室返回病房或送至麻醉恢復(fù)室、ICU之前的4個(gè)時(shí)間段[1],雖然"邊緣時(shí)間"很短暫,但這段時(shí)間對(duì)手術(shù)患者生命極易造成嚴(yán)重的威脅,甚至出現(xiàn)對(duì)手術(shù)效果產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以醫(yī)護(hù)人員應(yīng)該注重手術(shù)患者的"邊緣時(shí)間"的安全質(zhì)量控制,注重手術(shù)患者的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程管理,保障手術(shù)患者的安全。品管圈是指同一工作單位或工作性質(zhì)相同的人員,自發(fā)組
