【摘要】：目的提高急重癥救護(hù)培訓(xùn)效果和急診急救護(hù)理質(zhì)量。方法參考相關(guān)資料制定10種常見(jiàn)急重癥一醫(yī)三護(hù)急救標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程,并對(duì)急診醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。結(jié)果與培訓(xùn)前比較,培訓(xùn)后醫(yī)護(hù)配合度提高、搶救急重癥時(shí)急救措施落實(shí)時(shí)間縮短、總搶救成功率提高及不良事件發(fā)生率下降(均P0.01),急診護(hù)士對(duì)培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)價(jià)高。結(jié)論一醫(yī)三護(hù)急救標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程有助于培養(yǎng)急診護(hù)士,提高團(tuán)隊(duì)救護(hù)能力和配合度,提高急救效果和急救護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the training effect and the quality of emergency emergency nursing. Methods Ten kinds of standard operating procedures of emergency and emergency care were established with reference to relevant data, and the training of emergency medical and nursing personnel was carried out. The results were compared with those before training. After training, the degree of medical and nursing cooperation is improved, and the time of implementing first aid measures in emergency and severe cases is shortened. The total rescue success rate was increased and the incidence of adverse events was decreased (all P 0.01). Conclusion the standard operation procedure of the first and third nurses is helpful to train the emergency nurses and improve the team rescue ability and cooperation degree. To improve the effect of first aid and the quality of first aid nursing.
