【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建護(hù)理崗位培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法以Miller能力金字塔理論為依據(jù),應(yīng)用小組討論和德爾菲專家咨詢法,確立評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目和細(xì)則,構(gòu)建基于工作場(chǎng)所評(píng)估的護(hù)理崗位培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果專家咨詢的權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.83,最終確立的護(hù)理崗位培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括迷你臨床演練、操作技能直接觀察、個(gè)案為基礎(chǔ)的討論3種測(cè)評(píng)工具,各條目協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)W為0.132~0.456,協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專家意見集中,結(jié)果可信,可用于評(píng)價(jià)崗位培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量和效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation standard of nursing post training. Methods based on the pyramid theory of Miller competence, the evaluation items and rules were established by using group discussion and Delphi expert consultation. Results the authority coefficient of expert consultation is 0.83. the final evaluation criteria of nursing post training include mini-clinical exercise, direct observation of operation skills, etc. Case based discussion of three evaluation tools, each item coordination coefficient W is 0.132 ~ 0.456, coordination coefficient is statistically significant than P0.01.Conclusion the standard expert opinion is concentrated, the result is credible, and can be used to evaluate the quality and effect of on-the-job training.
