【摘要】：目的驗(yàn)證矛盾意向療法對(duì)慢性失眠患者的效果。方法按照中國(guó)精神障礙分類(lèi)與診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第3版診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在社區(qū)篩選慢性失眠患者,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=40)與對(duì)照組(n=41),試驗(yàn)組接受矛盾意向療法,對(duì)照組接受睡眠衛(wèi)生宣教。結(jié)果在干預(yù)結(jié)束時(shí)(第6周)及干預(yù)后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月和6個(gè)月4個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn),試驗(yàn)組睡眠努力度、焦慮程度分別低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在干預(yù)后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月時(shí)試驗(yàn)組匹茨堡睡眠指數(shù)低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論矛盾意向療法可以降低慢性失眠患者的睡眠努力度與焦慮程度,能夠提高患者睡眠質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the effect of ambivalence therapy on patients with chronic insomnia. Methods according to the third edition of Chinese criteria for the classification and diagnosis of mental disorders, the patients with chronic insomnia were screened in the community. The experimental group received contradictory intention therapy, the control group received sleep hygiene education. Results at the end of the intervention (the 6th week) and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the intervention, the experimental group received contradictory intention therapy, and the control group received sleep hygiene education at 4 time points, one month, three months and six months after the intervention. The sleep effort and anxiety degree of the trial group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the Pittsburgh sleep index of the trial group was lower than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after intervention. Conclusion contradictory intention therapy can reduce sleep effort and anxiety of patients with chronic insomnia and improve their sleep quality.
