虛擬互動運(yùn)動康復(fù)訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:運(yùn)動障礙疾病是一種由于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病或精神疾病引起的運(yùn)動異常病癥,在當(dāng)今社會各類殘障疾病中所占比例最高,因此運(yùn)動障礙疾病的康復(fù)非常急切。傳統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練方法雖然在一定程度上有助于患者的康復(fù),但也存在明顯的不足和缺陷,例如訓(xùn)練手段單一、訓(xùn)練過程枯燥、訓(xùn)練效果不直觀等。伴隨著電子計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)互動技術(shù)得到了巨大的關(guān)注和發(fā)展,并運(yùn)用在越來越多的領(lǐng)域中。在運(yùn)動康復(fù)領(lǐng)域中也出現(xiàn)了相關(guān)應(yīng)用。這些應(yīng)用的出現(xiàn)在各個(gè)方面彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練方法的不足,極大的激發(fā)和保持了患者的運(yùn)動興趣,進(jìn)而提高了康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的效果。同時(shí),能實(shí)時(shí)記錄下患者在訓(xùn)練的過程中的數(shù)據(jù)變化,為后續(xù)的分析提供可靠的數(shù)據(jù)來源;趯ΜF(xiàn)有技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用的分析和借鑒,并利用深度圖像采集設(shè)備Kinect攝像頭,本研究設(shè)計(jì)了一套集評估、訓(xùn)練和監(jiān)控為一體的運(yùn)動障礙康復(fù)訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合主觀評估,利用虛擬互動平臺進(jìn)行針對性康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,同時(shí)對已有訓(xùn)練結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和自反饋調(diào)節(jié),并以此作為后續(xù)訓(xùn)練的指導(dǎo),從而形成良性循環(huán),更好的完成康復(fù)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Dyskinesia is a kind of abnormal motor disorder caused by nervous system disease or mental illness, which accounts for the highest proportion of all kinds of disability in today's society. Therefore, the rehabilitation of dyskinesia diseases is very urgent. Although the traditional training methods are helpful to the rehabilitation of patients to some extent, they also have obvious shortcomings and defects, such as the single training means and the boring training process. With the rapid development of computer technology, virtual reality interactive technology has been paid great attention to and developed. And it is used in more and more fields. There are also related applications in the field of sports rehabilitation. These applications have made up for the shortcomings of traditional training methods in various aspects, and greatly stimulated and maintained the patients' sports interest. At the same time, it can record the data changes of patients in the process of training in real time, and provide a reliable data source for the subsequent analysis. Based on the analysis and reference to the existing technology and its application, Using the depth image acquisition device Kinect camera, this paper designs a rehabilitation training system for motor disorders, which integrates evaluation, training and monitoring. The system combines subjective evaluation with virtual interactive platform for targeted rehabilitation training. At the same time, the existing training results are analyzed and self-feedback adjustment, and as a guide for follow-up training, so as to form a virtuous circle, better achieve the goal of rehabilitation.
