【摘要】：正目前,免疫組化檢測法的應(yīng)用日益廣泛,可以用來輔助診斷、指導(dǎo)治療、評估預(yù)后等。免疫組化檢測方法多種多樣,如ABC、SP、SAP、En Vision法等。本文采用改良的En Vision法,檢測500項免疫組化標記,結(jié)果較為穩(wěn)定,現(xiàn)將方法介紹如下。1材料與方法1.1材料收集寧波市北侖區(qū)人民醫(yī)院86例各類病理組織標本,采用免疫組化En Vision法檢測500項免疫組化標
[Abstract]:At present, immunohistochemistry is widely used in diagnosis, therapy and prognosis evaluation. There are a variety of immunohistochemical methods, such as ABCG-SPSP-En Vision, etc. The improved en Vision method is used in this paper. 500items of immunohistochemical markers were detected and the results were relatively stable. Methods the following materials and 1.1 materials were introduced. 86 specimens of various kinds of pathological tissues were collected from Ningbo Beilun District people's Hospital. Immunohistochemical en Vision method was used to detect 500items of immunohistochemical markers.
