【摘要】：目的研究腸造口黏膜皮膚分離傷口的護(hù)理方法。方法選取綿陽市中心醫(yī)院2012年1月至2015年12月行腸造口術(shù)后出現(xiàn)腸造口黏膜皮膚分離傷口的100例患者作為研究對象,采取隨機(jī)分組法將這100例患者分為對照組、觀察組,每組50例。觀察組在常規(guī)護(hù)理實(shí)施的同時(shí)實(shí)施針對性護(hù)理,對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理。兩組患者的黏膜皮膚分離傷口愈合時(shí)間、護(hù)理滿意度,干預(yù)前后的焦慮評分、疼痛評分、瘙癢評分、創(chuàng)面肉芽形態(tài)評分進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果與對照組相比,觀察組的黏膜皮膚分離傷口愈合時(shí)間明顯縮短(P0.05)。觀察組的護(hù)理滿意度為96%,對照組的護(hù)理滿意度為80%,有顯著差異性(P0.05)。干預(yù)前后比較,兩組患者的焦慮評分、疼痛評分、瘙瘁評分、創(chuàng)面肉芽形態(tài)評分均明顯降低(P0.05),觀察組在干預(yù)后的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)較之對照組干預(yù)后均有顯著差異性(P0.05)。結(jié)論對腸造口術(shù)后出現(xiàn)黏膜皮膚分離傷口的患者實(shí)施有針對性的護(hù)理干預(yù),可有效促進(jìn)傷口的愈合,緩解患者的負(fù)性情緒、疼痛,能有效提高患者對護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the nursing method of mucosal skin separation wound after enterostomy. Methods from January 2012 to December 2015, 100 patients with intestinal mucosal skin separation wound after enterostomy in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as study objects. The 100 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 50), observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). Nursing satisfaction, anxiety score, pain score, pruritus score, granulation score before and after intervention were compared. The healing time of the mucosal skin separation wound in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96 and that of the control group was 80. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention. The anxiety score, pain score, and sudden pain score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. The granulation score of the wound was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention should be carried out for the patients with skin mucosal separation after enterostomy. It can effectively promote wound healing, relieve patients' negative emotion and pain, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing service.
