光電容積脈搏波無創(chuàng)測(cè)量人體血液成分的評(píng)估

【摘要】:為了評(píng)估光電容積脈搏波法在人體血液主要成分檢測(cè)方面的精度水平,基于朗伯比爾定律及簡(jiǎn)化的光電容積脈搏波法測(cè)量模型,給出了物質(zhì)成分測(cè)量的極限分辨濃度公式。對(duì)公式中的三個(gè)要素,即人體測(cè)量時(shí)的光強(qiáng)信噪比、光程、被測(cè)物質(zhì)的摩爾消光系數(shù)進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,獲得了理論上光電脈搏波法對(duì)血紅蛋白、白蛋白、血糖的極限分辨濃度。評(píng)估結(jié)果表明,光電容積脈搏波法可以測(cè)量的血紅蛋白、白蛋白和血糖的極限分辨濃度水平分別約為100mg/dL,5000mg/dL以及10 000mg/dL。將該評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與現(xiàn)階段臨床需要的檢測(cè)精度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,可知光電容積脈搏波法能夠滿足需求,有望實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)血紅蛋白的無創(chuàng)檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the accuracy of photoelectric volumetric pulse wave method in detecting the main components of human blood, based on Lambert's law and simplified photoelectric volumetric pulse wave measurement model, In this paper, the limit resolution concentration formula of material composition measurement is given, and the three elements in the formula, namely, the signal to noise ratio of light intensity, the light path and the molar extinction coefficient of the matter measured, are evaluated. The theoretical limit resolution concentration of hemoglobin, albumin and blood glucose by photo-electric pulse wave method is obtained. The evaluation results show that the photoelectric volumetric pulse wave method can measure hemoglobin, The limit resolution levels of albumin and blood glucose are about 100 mg / dL and 10 000 mg / dL, respectively. Comparing the evaluation results with the current clinical accuracy, we can see that the photoelectric volumetric pulse wave method can meet the demand. It is hoped that the non-invasive detection of hemoglobin will be realized.
