【摘要】:基于卡那霉素對(duì)CdTe量子點(diǎn)熒光的增強(qiáng)效應(yīng),建立一種直接測(cè)定尿液中卡那霉素含量的同步熒光光譜法。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)采用同步熒光光譜法,能夠有效避免尿液中復(fù)雜基質(zhì)的熒光干擾。在優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,卡那霉素濃度在0.2~20.0μg/mL范圍內(nèi)與體系相對(duì)同步熒光強(qiáng)度呈良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9996,檢出限為0.005μg/mL。該方法用于尿液樣品中卡那霉素含量的直接測(cè)定,回收率為96.3%~104.4%。
[Abstract]:Based on the enhanced effect of kanamycin on the fluorescence of CdTe quantum dots, a synchronous fluorescence spectrometric method was developed for the direct determination of kanamycin in urine. Under the optimized conditions, the concentration of kanamycin in the range of 0.2 渭 g / mL has a good linear relationship with the relative synchronous fluorescence intensity of the system. The correlation coefficient was 0.9996, and the detection limit was 0.005 渭 g / mL. The method was applied to the direct determination of kanamycin in urine samples. The recovery rate was 96.3% and 104.4%.
