【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院PICU病原菌分布特點及耐藥情況的變化,為臨床有效控制PICU感染、合理選用抗菌藥物提供依據(jù)。方法分析2013年1月-2015年12月PICU住院患兒5 358例,分離病原菌種類及耐藥情況,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 617株病原菌,以痰液檢出為主,共379株占61.43%;金黃色葡萄球菌、凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌、MRSA、MSS對替考拉寧、萬古霉素耐藥率均為0;肺炎克雷伯菌對氨曲南、氨芐西林/舒巴坦、氯霉素、頭孢他啶、頭孢噻肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐藥率變化趨勢均為2014年較2013年上升,2015年較2014年下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PICU病原菌以革蘭陰性菌為主,2013-2015年P(guān)ICU常見病原菌對部分抗菌藥物的耐藥性有一定改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of PICU hospital pathogen distribution and drug resistance, clinical effective infection control of PICU, provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics. Methods analysis of January 2013 December -2015 PICU 5358 inpatientswith isolated pathogenic bacteria species and drug resistance, SPSS 17 software was used for statistical analysis. Results 617 strains of pathogenic bacteria, to the detection of sputum, 379 strains accounted for 61.43%; Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase negative staphylococcus, MRSA, MSS of teicoplanin, vancomycin resistance rate was 0; Klebsiella pneumoniae to aztreonam, ampicillin / sulbactam, chloramphenicol, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, piperacillin / tazobactam resistance rate trends were in 2014 than in 2013 rose in 2015 compared to 2014 decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).
