【摘要】：目的分析北京市2008-2014年山夫登堡沙門菌臨床分離株的分子流行病學特征。方法對從腹瀉病例分離到的91株山夫登堡沙門菌進行藥敏試驗、脈沖場凝膠電泳(PFGE)分子分型及多位點序列分型(MLST)。結(jié)果 2011-2012年山夫登堡沙門菌在北京地區(qū)高水平流行,占所有分離株的87.9%,2008-2010年,2013-2104年各年份高度散發(fā),病例主要集中在20~59歲成人組,5-6月為發(fā)病高峰;所有菌株對萘啶酸有較高耐藥性(76.9%),對磺胺異VA唑(53.9%)和鏈霉素(49.5%)中度耐藥,對其他抗菌藥物均較敏感;PFGE分型將91株腹瀉株分成23種型別,形成三大克隆群,引起2011-2012年暴發(fā)流行的64株菌形成絕對優(yōu)勢克隆株;42株菌的MLST分型結(jié)果顯示包括暴發(fā)流行在內(nèi)的絕大多數(shù)菌株屬于常見型ST14,5株散發(fā)菌株為新型ST1923。結(jié)論北京市山夫登堡沙門菌具有明顯的克隆株優(yōu)勢帶型,引起2011-2012年的本地流行,對抗生素敏感性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the molecular epidemiologic characteristics of clinical isolates of Salmonella Sanfendensi from 2008 to 2014 in Beijing. Methods Drug sensitivity tests were performed on 91 strains of Salmonella Sanfendensi isolated from diarrhea cases. Results the molecular typing and multilocus sequence typing of Salmonella Sanfendensi were highly prevalent in Beijing from 2011 to 2012, accounting for 87.9% of all isolates and highly distributed in 2013-2104 from 2008 to 2010. The cases were mainly concentrated in adults aged 20 to 59 years old in May to June, and all the strains had high resistance to naphthalic acid (76. 9%) and moderate resistance to sulfamethoxazole (53. 9%) and streptomycin (49. 5). 91 strains of diarrhea were classified into 23 types by PFGE typing for other antimicrobial agents, forming three clone groups. The MLST typing results of 64 strains that caused the outbreak in 2011-2012 showed that most of the strains, including the outbreak, belong to the common type ST14235.Conclusion the new type of ST1923was found in Shanfenden, Beijing. Salmonella albicans had obvious dominant band type of clone strain. Causes the 2011-2012 local epidemic, the antibiotic sensitivity is high.
