金昌隊列單抗HB-s陽性人群肝功酶異常與脂質代謝指標相關性分析

【摘要】:目的探討金昌隊列單抗-HBs陽性人群肝功酶異常與脂質代謝指標的關系。方法整群抽取2011年6月~2013年12月進入金昌隊列且排除各種肝病史的單抗-HBs陽性者14 467例作為研究對象,通過實驗室血清學檢測相關酶學及脂質代謝指標。結果該人群丙氨酸氨基轉移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、谷氨酰轉肽酶(gamma-glutamyltransferase,GGT)異常檢出率分別為21.35%、17.45%、15.01%,均為男性高于女性(均有P0.001)。趨勢性x~2檢驗分析顯示,隨著甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、體質指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)升高,ALT、AST、GGT異常檢出率升高(均有P0.001);隨著高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)升高,ALT、AST、GGT異常檢出率下降(均有P0.001),具有劑量反應關系。尿酸(uric acid,UA)異常組ALT、AST、GGT異常檢出率均高于正常組(均有P0.001)。結論金昌隊列單抗-HBs陽性人群ALT、AST、GGT異常檢出率均為男性高于女性,且與BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C存在劑量反應關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between abnormal liver function and lipid metabolism in Jinchang cohort with positive mAb HBs. Methods Cluster sampling from June 2011 to December 2013 entered Jinchang cohort and excluded all kinds of liver disease history. Positive for anti-HBs. 467 cases were studied. Results Alanine aminotransferase (alt) was detected by laboratory serology. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST). The abnormal detection rate of gamma-glutamyltransferase GGTwas 21.35% and 17.45%, respectively. All of them were higher in males than in females (P 0.001). The results of TGs showed that triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-triglyceride-@@. Total cholesterol low density lipoprotein cholesterol. LDL-CU, body mass index (BMI) were increased and the abnormal detection rate of ASTGT was increased (P 0.001). High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased with high density lipoprotein (HDL-C). The abnormal detection rate of GGT was decreased (P 0.001), which had dose-response relationship. The positive rate of GGT abnormality in Jinchang cohort was higher than that in normal group (P 0.001). Conclusion the positive rate of alt ASTT in Jinchang cohort was higher in males than in females. There was a dose-response relationship between LDL and HDL-C in TGN.
