【摘要】：目的探討品管圈活動(dòng)對(duì)提高神經(jīng)外科住院患者下肢深靜脈血栓形成(DVT)預(yù)防護(hù)理措施落實(shí)的作用。方法成立品管圈,通過(guò)頭腦風(fēng)暴方法,選定"提高神經(jīng)外科住院患者DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理措施落實(shí)率"為主題,通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及原因分析,找出影響護(hù)理措施落實(shí)的5項(xiàng)主要原因(預(yù)防DVT風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式不健全、醫(yī)護(hù)溝通欠缺、護(hù)理人員對(duì)預(yù)防下肢DVT知識(shí)缺乏、預(yù)防下肢DVT功能鍛煉不到位、健康教育不到位),針對(duì)主要原因制定防范對(duì)策并實(shí)施。結(jié)果實(shí)施品管圈后住院患者DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理措施落實(shí)率為92.0%,顯著高于實(shí)施前的46.0%(均P0.05),DVT發(fā)生率較實(shí)施品管圈前降低。結(jié)論對(duì)神經(jīng)外科患者開(kāi)展品管圈活動(dòng),可提高DVT預(yù)防措施落實(shí)率,最終達(dá)到降低DVT發(fā)生率的目的,提高專(zhuān)科護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of quality control circle activity on improving the preventive nursing measures of DVT of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in inpatients with neurosurgery. Methods the quality control circle was set up and the brainstorming method was adopted. The theme of "improving the implementation rate of DVT preventive nursing measures for inpatients in neurosurgery department" was selected as the theme, and the present situation investigation and cause analysis were carried out. Find out the five main reasons that affect the implementation of nursing measures (prevention of DVT risk management model is not perfect, lack of communication between doctors and nurses, nursing staff to prevent lower limb DVT knowledge. Prevention of lower limb DVT function exercise is not in place, health education is not in place). Results the implementation rate of DVT preventive nursing measures was 92.0, which was significantly higher than that before the implementation of 46.0 (all P 0.05). The incidence of DVT is lower than that before the implementation of quality control circle. Conclusion the implementation rate of DVT preventive measures can be increased by conducting quality control circle activities in neurosurgical patients, and the incidence of DVT can be reduced finally. Improve the quality of specialized nursing.
