【摘要】：目的探討椎間盤(pán)鏡髓核摘除術(shù)(MED)圍手術(shù)期應(yīng)用整體護(hù)理的臨床效果。方法將2012-01~2013-11在該院骨科進(jìn)行MED手術(shù)的200例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組各100例,圍手術(shù)期分別采用整體護(hù)理和傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理,比較兩組住院天數(shù)、臥床時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、術(shù)后滿意度、遵醫(yī)行為情況,以及出院時(shí)、術(shù)后6個(gè)月Macnab療效評(píng)定等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果整體護(hù)理組住院天數(shù)、臥床時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用、術(shù)后滿意度、遵醫(yī)行為情況以及出院時(shí)、術(shù)后6個(gè)月Macnab療效評(píng)定等指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理組。結(jié)論在MED圍手術(shù)期實(shí)施整體護(hù)理臨床效果滿意,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore MED for discectomy of nucleus pulposus by endoscope. Methods 200 patients undergoing MED operation in the orthopedic department of our hospital from 2012-01 to 2013-11 were randomly divided into two groups (100 cases in each group). The duration of hospitalization, bed rest, hospitalization cost, incidence of complications, postoperative satisfaction, compliance behavior, and discharge time were compared between the two groups during the perioperative period. Results the duration of hospitalization, the time of bed rest, the cost of hospitalization, the degree of satisfaction after operation, the behavior of compliance and the time of discharge in the holistic nursing group were evaluated 6 months after operation. The evaluation of Macnab curative effect at 6 months after operation was better than that in the traditional nursing group. Conclusion the clinical effect of holistic nursing in the perioperative period of MED is satisfactory and it is worth popularizing.
