【摘要】：目的了解腫瘤醫(yī)院ICU多藥耐藥菌(MDROs)定植特點(diǎn),分析其危險(xiǎn)因素,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)醫(yī)院2014年12月-2015年12月入住ICU 168名患者經(jīng)鼻前庭拭子和肛拭子采集標(biāo)本,進(jìn)行多藥耐藥菌的篩查。結(jié)果 470份標(biāo)本中共分離出多藥耐藥菌116株:其中產(chǎn)ESBLs大腸埃希菌114株,占98.2%,產(chǎn)ESBLs肺炎克雷伯桿菌2株,占1.7%。多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,入ICU時(shí)APACHEⅡ評(píng)分及入ICU前抗菌藥物的使用是患者入ICU前合并MDROs定植的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論重視MDROs的定植的高危因素,加強(qiáng)MDROs的預(yù)防控制,有效地預(yù)防醫(yī)院感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the colonization characteristics of ICU multidrug resistant bacteria (MDROs) in tumor hospitals and analyze its risk factors. Methods from December 2014 to December 2015, the specimens of ICU patients were collected by nasal vestibular swab and anal swab. Results A total of 116 strains of multidrug resistant bacteria were isolated from 470 specimens, among which 114 strains (98.2% strains) produced ESBLs Escherichia coli.
