【摘要】：目的觀察小兒消化不良應(yīng)用整體護(hù)理措施的臨床治療效果。方法選取我院兒科門診2015年6月至2015年12月收治的98例消化不良的患兒,對照組49例患兒給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組49例患兒給予整體護(hù)理,治療護(hù)理前后對兩組患者消化不良的改善情況給予評分,比較兩組患兒護(hù)理前后消化不良癥狀評分的改變情況以及家長對護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度。結(jié)果兩組患兒經(jīng)過護(hù)理后消化不良癥狀評分均有不同程度的降低,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組分?jǐn)?shù)降低幅度要大于對照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組有例家屬對護(hù)理十分滿意,有例對護(hù)理服務(wù)較滿意。對照組有例家屬對護(hù)理十分滿意,有例對護(hù)理服務(wù)較滿意,由此可見對照組家長對護(hù)理滿意度(69.4%)低于實(shí)驗(yàn)組家長對護(hù)理的滿意程度(75.5%)。結(jié)論小兒脾胃消化功能與成人相比較弱,父母喂養(yǎng)方式不當(dāng)、兒童脾胃功能減退等原因,容易使兒童出現(xiàn)厭食、腹脹、噯氣等消化不良的臨床表現(xiàn),對消化不良的兒童給予整體護(hù)理,可以提高患者的脾胃消化共功能,對改善患兒食欲不振、腹痛、噯氣等癥狀具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of holistic nursing in pediatric dyspepsia. Methods 98 children with dyspepsia were selected from June 2015 to December 2015. In the control group, 49 cases were given routine nursing, and 49 cases in the observation group were given holistic nursing. The improvement of dyspepsia in both groups was evaluated before and after nursing. The changes of indigestion symptom score before and after nursing and the satisfaction of parents to nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of dyspepsia symptoms in the two groups were decreased in varying degrees after nursing care. Among them, the decrease of scores in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group. In the experimental group, some family members were satisfied with the nursing care, some were satisfied with the nursing service, some in the control group were very satisfied with the nursing care, and some were satisfied with the nursing service. It can be seen that the satisfaction degree of parents in the control group is 69.4%, which is lower than that in the experimental group (75.5%). Conclusion the digestive function of spleen and stomach in children is weaker than that in adults. The improper feeding mode of parents and the decline of children's spleen and stomach function could easily make the children appear anorexia, abdominal distension, belching and other clinical manifestations of dyspepsia, and give holistic nursing care to the children with dyspepsia. It can improve the total function of spleen and stomach, and improve the symptoms such as anorexia, abdominal pain, belching and so on.
