【摘要】：正近二十年來(lái),關(guān)于照顧者的研究方興未艾,研究對(duì)象主要有病種照顧者~(〔1〕)、老年人照顧者~(〔2,3〕)和主要照顧者~(〔4〕)。由于照顧者的定義不統(tǒng)一且分類單一,這些研究總體來(lái)看內(nèi)容有些局限且零散,研究焦點(diǎn)多為照顧者的心理感受和壓力負(fù)擔(dān),不利于形成系統(tǒng)的理論體系。如何整合多渠道、多層次的照顧力量來(lái)完善老年人照護(hù)體系已成為亟待解決的問題。本文旨在闡釋照顧者的定義和現(xiàn)有分類,并構(gòu)建新的照顧者分類系統(tǒng)。1照顧者的定義
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the research on carers is in the ascendant. The main subjects of study are disease caregivers and elderly caregivers. Because the definition of caretaker is not uniform and the classification is single, the contents of these studies are limited and scattered. The research focuses on the psychological feelings and pressure burden of caregivers, which is not conducive to the formation of a systematic theoretical system, and how to integrate multiple channels. Multi-level care forces to improve the care system for the elderly has become an urgent problem. The purpose of this paper is to explain the definition of carers and the existing classification, and to build a new carer classification system .1 the definition of carers.
