【摘要】：氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)是動脈粥樣硬化性心腦血管疾病的獨立危險因子,也是2型糖尿病等脂質代謝紊亂性疾病診斷的重要生物標記物。研究證實,ox-LDL廣泛存在于上述疾病患者的血清中,并積極參與疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。結合目前國內外學者對ox-LDL的研究現(xiàn)狀,本文將從ox-LDL氧化衍生物、致病性及檢測方法進展等方面作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) is an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It is also an important biomarker for the diagnosis of lipid metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes. And actively participate in the occurrence and development of the disease. Combined with the current research status of ox-LDL at home and abroad, this paper will review the oxidation derivatives, pathogenicity and detection methods of ox-LDL.
