【摘要】：目的分析在維持性血液透析患者護(hù)理中應(yīng)用循證護(hù)理的效果。方法選取2015年10月~2016年10月在我院實(shí)施血液透析治療的患者82例作為研究對(duì)象,依照護(hù)理方式不同分成常規(guī)組和循證組,各41例,常規(guī)組實(shí)施常規(guī)的護(hù)理,循證組患者則在常規(guī)組護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施循證護(hù)理,對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理的效果。結(jié)果在護(hù)理以后,循證組與常規(guī)組患者焦慮抑郁評(píng)分均得到改善,循證組患者改善情況較為顯著,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);循證組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率和常規(guī)組相比,數(shù)值明顯比常規(guī)組大,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在維持性血液透析患者護(hù)理中應(yīng)用循證護(hù)理,能夠改善患者負(fù)性情緒評(píng)分,降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,值得應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application of evidence-based nursing in maintenance hemodialysis patients. The effect of methods from October 2015 ~2016 year in October the implementation of hemodialysis in our hospital 82 patients as the research object, according to the different nursing methods are divided into control group and evidence-based group, each of 41 cases, the implementation of routine nursing routine group, evidence-based group patients with evidence-based nursing based on routine nursing group on the implementation, compared two groups of nursing. Results in nursing, evidence-based depression group and the conventional group of patients with anxiety score were improved, evidence-based group were improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of complications in evidence-based group and compared with the conventional group, were significantly better than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of evidence-based nursing in maintenance hemodialysis patients, can improve the negative emotions of patients with lower scores, concurrent The incidence of the disease is worthy of application.
