【摘要】：目的探討微信企業(yè)號(hào)在手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中的實(shí)踐方法并評(píng)價(jià)其應(yīng)用效果。方法申請(qǐng)微信企業(yè)號(hào),設(shè)置通訊錄,下設(shè)質(zhì)量管理、感染控制、臨床安全、教學(xué)科研、器械裝備5個(gè)子部門;設(shè)置資訊平臺(tái)及通知公告2個(gè)應(yīng)用,資訊平臺(tái)包括規(guī)章制度、科室文化、活動(dòng)社區(qū)3個(gè)一級(jí)菜單和核心制度、崗位職責(zé)、操作規(guī)范、科訓(xùn)、科室簡(jiǎn)介、醫(yī)院文化、優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理、科室動(dòng)態(tài)、科室?guī)Ы�、無瘤技術(shù)和手術(shù)室前沿資訊11個(gè)二級(jí)菜單,通知公告包括護(hù)理安全、器械管理、其他公告3個(gè)一級(jí)菜單。通過管理組討論、不定期消息推送等促進(jìn)手術(shù)室護(hù)士開展學(xué)習(xí),以期提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化護(hù)理管理方法。結(jié)果微信企業(yè)號(hào)推廣應(yīng)用后,手術(shù)室護(hù)士規(guī)章制度知曉率由93.51%上升至98.70%,手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量評(píng)分由93.5分上升至98.8分。結(jié)論應(yīng)用微信企業(yè)號(hào)能夠促進(jìn)手術(shù)室護(hù)士理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量,豐富手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理方法,是一種有效的護(hù)理管理手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the practical methods of WeChat enterprise in the operation room in nursing management and to evaluate its application effects. The application method of WeChat enterprise, set the mail list, set up quality management, infection control, clinical safety, teaching and research equipment, 5 sub departments; set up information platform and notice the 2 Application, the information platform including regulations. Department of cultural activities in the community, 3 level menu and the core system, job responsibilities, standardized operation, science and training department, introduction, hospital culture, high quality nursing department, Department of teaching, dynamic, non tumor technique and operation room 11 cutting-edge information two level menu, notice including nursing safety, equipment management and other 3 announcement a menu. Through the management of group discussion, not regular message push to promote the study of nurses in the operation room, in order to improve the quality of care, optimize the nursing management method. Application results of WeChat enterprise, hand Rules of operation room nurses awareness rate increased from 93.51% to 98.70%, the operation room nursing quality score by 93.5 points up to 98.8 points. Conclusion the application of WeChat enterprise can promote the knowledge of learning theory in operation room nurses, improve the quality of nursing work in operation room, enrich the operation room nursing management method is an effective means of nursing management.
