【摘要】：目的:探討采用自創(chuàng)的中藥眼部霧化儀器干預(yù)糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者臨床效果。方法:將55例糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組28例和觀察組27例,觀察組脫落1例。兩組均予常規(guī)降血糖、活血通絡(luò)治療及眼部常規(guī)護(hù)理。觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上由受過培訓(xùn)的護(hù)士創(chuàng)新采用成人型面罩式簡(jiǎn)易噴霧器執(zhí)行中藥眼部霧化。每天1次,每次15~20 min,8~10 d為1個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:采用面罩式噴霧器行眼部中藥霧化,面罩罩住眼部類似眼罩一般,省去人力扶持�；颊咭曃锬：u(píng)分、目睛干澀評(píng)分,臨床療效兩組干預(yù)主效應(yīng)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:目前國內(nèi)專用的眼部霧化醫(yī)療儀器處于空白。作者巧用面罩式簡(jiǎn)易噴霧器行中藥眼部霧化(已獲得國家專利)具有中醫(yī)“簡(jiǎn)、便、廉”特點(diǎn),節(jié)力簡(jiǎn)便,設(shè)備價(jià)格低廉,安全無創(chuàng),患者易接受,節(jié)約護(hù)士人力;藥物彌散均勻且平穩(wěn)利于提高療效,提高滿意度等優(yōu)勢(shì),值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of treating diabetic retinopathy with self-made ophthalmic atomization instrument. Methods: 55 cases of diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group (n = 28) and observation group (n = 27). One case was lost in the observation group and both groups were treated with routine hypoglycemia. The treatment of activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals and routine nursing of the eyes. On this basis, the observation group was innovated by trained nurses to carry out eye atomization of traditional Chinese medicine by using adult mask type simple sprayer once a day.
