【摘要】：目的對人性化護(hù)理在妊高癥產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血中的應(yīng)用價值進(jìn)行探討。方法選取2015年5月~2016年5月我院收治的妊高癥產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血患者92例作為研究對象,按照隨機原則將其分為對照組和觀察組,各46例。對照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組采取人性化護(hù)理,比較兩組護(hù)理前后血壓、產(chǎn)后24 h出血量及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果觀察組患者護(hù)理后血壓、產(chǎn)后24 h出血量及生活質(zhì)量相較于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論人性化護(hù)理應(yīng)用于妊高癥產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血具有重要價值,能夠及時促使血壓恢復(fù)正常,減少出血量,對保證母嬰生命健康具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of humanistic nursing in rengaozheng maternal postpartum hemorrhage. Methods from May 2015 ~2016 year in May in our hospital of rengaozheng maternal postpartum hemorrhage in 92 patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care the observation group, take humanistic nursing, nursing of two groups were compared before and after the blood pressure, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and quality of life. The blood pressure of patients in the observation group after nursing, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and quality of life compared to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of humanistic nursing in PIH postpartum the bleeding is of important value to promote normal blood pressure, reduce the amount of bleeding, which is important for maternal and child health.
