【摘要】:目的探究在急診護(hù)理管理中應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的效果。方法擇取2015年4月至2016年5月我院收治的104例急診患者作為此次研究對象,按照入院時(shí)間將其分為常規(guī)護(hù)理組和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組,每組52例,常規(guī)護(hù)理組患者行以常規(guī)急診護(hù)理干預(yù),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組患者在常規(guī)急診護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù),對兩組患者護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果護(hù)理后,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制情況明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)護(hù)理組,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,差異有意義,即P0.05;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組患者的護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于常規(guī)護(hù)理組,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,差異有意義,即P0.05。結(jié)論在急診護(hù)理管理中應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有效控制,同時(shí)提升患者的護(hù)理滿意度,利于建立和諧的護(hù)患關(guān)系,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of applying risk management standard in emergency nursing management. Methods 104 emergency patients admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the time of admission, they were divided into routine nursing group and risk management group, 52 cases in each group. Patients in routine nursing group were treated with routine emergency nursing intervention. On the basis of routine emergency nursing, the patients in risk management group applied risk management standard to nursing intervention, and compared the nursing effect between the two groups. Results after nursing. The risk control in the risk management group was significantly better than that in the routine nursing group, and the difference was significant through statistical analysis, that is, P0.05; The nursing satisfaction of the risk management group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group, and the difference was significant through statistical analysis. Conclusion the application of risk management standard in emergency nursing management can realize the effective control of risk, at the same time improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing, and help to establish a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, which is worth popularizing.
