【摘要】:平衡能力是人體的一項(xiàng)重要生理功能,是衡量人生活質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)。老年人和腦卒中康復(fù)的患者由于身體機(jī)能的衰退或某些器官受損,造成平衡穩(wěn)定性下降,甚至易發(fā)生不慎跌倒的情況。因此以恢復(fù)和改善人體的平衡能力為目的的有效的康復(fù)性訓(xùn)練對平衡能力障礙的患者顯得尤為重要。針對傳統(tǒng)的平衡康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中,平衡能力障礙患者參與平衡康復(fù)訓(xùn)練主要依靠醫(yī)師主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)且缺乏參與主動性的問題。本研究做了如下工作:第一,運(yùn)用C#語言和SQL軟件共同開發(fā),通過應(yīng)用測力平臺來采集人體的COP(Center of Pressure),開發(fā)出一款COP控制的集康復(fù)訓(xùn)練、評測、數(shù)據(jù)存儲及處理為一體的功能比較完整的二維的平衡康復(fù)訓(xùn)練游戲。第二,單調(diào)重復(fù)的傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練方式會造成患者的厭煩心理。為了克服這種心理,本研究進(jìn)一步采用Unity3D開發(fā)了一款三維平衡功能康復(fù)訓(xùn)練游戲軟件,通過對患者視覺,聽覺和本體感覺的刺激使患者置身于更真實(shí),更豐富的游戲中進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練。旨在增加患者平衡康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的趣味性,激發(fā)患者主動訓(xùn)練的主動性和積極性,使康復(fù)訓(xùn)練可以取得更好的治療效果。第三,選擇二維的平衡康復(fù)訓(xùn)練游戲進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,以健康受試者為對象。通過對20名健康大學(xué)生進(jìn)行三分鐘的COP視覺跟蹤游戲,為了最大限度的減小偶然因素造成的誤差,對同一名受試者的多次訓(xùn)練測試,得出正常成年的得分情況作為康復(fù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研究初步證明基于力平臺的視頻游戲?yàn)榕R床上人體平衡能力康復(fù)訓(xùn)練提供了一個(gè)新的思路。
[Abstract]:Balance ability is an important physiological function of human body, is an important indicator to measure the quality of life of people. The elderly and stroke rehabilitation patients due to physical function decline or some organ damage, caused by the balance of stability decreases, and even prone to fall situation. Therefore to restore and improve the body balance ability for patients to the effective rehabilitation training on the balance ability of obstacle is particularly important. In order to balance rehabilitation training in the traditional balance disorders involved in balance rehabilitation training mainly depends on the subjective experience of physicians and lack of participation in the initiative. This research work is as follows: first, the use of C# language and SQL software development, through the application of measurement force platform to gather human COP (Center of Pressure), developed a set of rehabilitation training, a COP control evaluation function, data storage and processing as one of the Rehabilitation training game balance two-dimensional complete. Second, traditional training methods will cause repetitive patients tired of the psychological. In order to overcome this kind of psychology, this study further by Unity3D a 3D balance rehabilitation game software development, the patients with visual, auditory and proprioceptive stimuli in patients with exposure to more real rehabilitation training, more abundant in the game. To increase the balance in patients with rehabilitation training interest, stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of the patients with active training, the rehabilitation training can achieve better therapeutic effect. Third, selection of rehabilitation training for experimental study of 2D game balance, in healthy subjects as the object through the COP. Visual tracking game three minutes in 20 healthy college students, in order to minimize the error caused by accidental factors, many of the same subjects Training test shows that the score of normal adult is the standard of rehabilitation. It is preliminarily demonstrated that the video game based on force platform provides a new idea for the rehabilitation training of human balance in clinic.
