【摘要】：目的探討早期撫觸護(hù)理對(duì)早產(chǎn)兒生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響。方法納入住我院新生兒ICU早產(chǎn)兒共58例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(n=29)和觀察組(n=29),統(tǒng)計(jì)比較兩組早產(chǎn)兒的胎糞排凈時(shí)間、平均每日睡眠時(shí)間、住暖箱時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間以及出生后42天頭圍、體重和身長(zhǎng)。結(jié)果觀察組的胎糞排凈時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組的平均每日睡眠時(shí)間、體重每日增加量多于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組的新生兒住暖箱時(shí)間、平均住院天數(shù)均短于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。出生后42天觀察組早產(chǎn)兒的頭圍、體重計(jì)身長(zhǎng)均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論實(shí)施早期撫觸護(hù)理能夠促進(jìn)早產(chǎn)兒的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of early touch nursing on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods 58 cases of premature infants with ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 58) and observation group (n = 29). The time of meconium excretion, the average time of sleep, the time of living in warm box and the time of hospitalization, and the head circumference of 42 days after birth were compared statistically between the two groups. Results the time of meconium excretion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The daily gain of body weight was more than that of the control group (P 0.05). The average hospitalization time of the newborns in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The head circumference of the premature infants in the observation group was 42 days after birth. Conclusion early touch nursing can promote the growth and development of premature infants.
