【摘要】：目的探索大型三甲醫(yī)院住院擇期手術(shù)取消的真實原因,提出相應的對策以期減少手術(shù)取消。方法連續(xù)納入2014年11月1日─2015年1月31日期間某大型三甲醫(yī)院住院擇期手術(shù)取消原因,以醫(yī)療組長填報和隨訪核實兩種形式收集資料。結(jié)果分析隨訪核實的數(shù)據(jù),醫(yī)務人員因素占44.11%,患者因素占30.94%,醫(yī)院因素占24.95%。結(jié)論基于住院擇期手術(shù)真實原因的分析,醫(yī)務人員因素是最主要的取消原因,且為可避免因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the real reasons for canceling elective operation in large third Class A Hospital. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the operation cancellation.Methods the reason for canceling the elective operation in a large third-class hospital between November 1st 2014 and January 31st 2015 was taken into account. The data were collected in the form of medical team leader and follow-up verification. Results the factors of medical staff accounted for 44. 11 and the patient factor accounted for 30.94%. Conclusion based on the analysis of the real causes of selective surgery in hospital, the medical staff factor is the most important reason for cancellation and is the avoidable factor.
