【摘要】:目的:調(diào)查醫(yī)務(wù)人員高頻接觸物體表面的菌落分布情況,為進(jìn)一步降低醫(yī)院感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供依據(jù),進(jìn)而提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。方法:在北京市某三級(jí)甲等綜合醫(yī)院4個(gè)科室選取120個(gè)高頻接觸物體表面,運(yùn)用瓊脂直接接觸培養(yǎng)法對(duì)其表面進(jìn)行微生物采樣,對(duì)其菌種和數(shù)量進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:在采集的120份標(biāo)本中分離出217株菌株,其中以革蘭氏陽(yáng)性菌為主。采集的標(biāo)本中有7株金黃色葡萄球菌和1株腸球菌,經(jīng)藥敏分析有3株為耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌,1株為高水平慶大霉素耐藥腸球菌。對(duì)高頻接觸物體表面衛(wèi)生狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,發(fā)現(xiàn)其衛(wèi)生狀況較好,但I(xiàn)CU中吸痰管與負(fù)壓吸引連接處的污染狀況最為嚴(yán)重。結(jié)論:在ICU中多處檢測(cè)出耐藥菌,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)ICU耐藥菌的防治。該院高頻接觸物體表面衛(wèi)生狀況較好,但吸痰管與負(fù)壓吸引連接處的污染狀況有待改善,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)清潔。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the distribution of colonies on the surface of medical staff exposed to high frequency, so as to provide evidence for further reducing the risk of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of nursing. Methods: 120 high frequency contact surfaces were selected from 4 departments of a three grade general hospital in Beijing. Microbial samples were collected by agar direct contact culture, and their strains and quantity were analyzed. Results: 217 strains were isolated from 120 samples, of which Gram-positive bacteria were dominant. There were 7 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 1 enterococci in the collected samples. 3 of them were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and 1 were high level gentamicin resistant enterococci. The hygienic condition of high frequency contact objects was evaluated. It was found that the sanitary condition was good, but the contamination status between sputum suction tube and suction suction in ICU was the most serious. Conclusion: the detection of multidrug resistant bacteria in ICU should be further strengthened for the prevention and control of ICU resistant bacteria. The sanitary condition of the high frequency contact surface of the hospital is better, but the pollution of the suction pipe and the suction junction should be improved, and the cleaning should be further strengthened.
