【摘要】：留東清真教育會(huì)書記黃鎮(zhèn)磐的身世活動(dòng),在其姻親趙瀾(蘭)回憶錄中有具體記述,學(xué)界成果中多引述該回憶錄。為了彌補(bǔ)回憶錄作為信史的不足之處,根據(jù)其同事好友王用賓《挽黃石安廳長》長詩及其它文獻(xiàn)記述,對黃鎮(zhèn)磐身世活動(dòng)尤其是逝世時(shí)間及原因予以箋證,更正不確之處,并彰顯黃鎮(zhèn)磐承辦宋教仁案及追隨孫中山出任廣東軍政府高等檢察廳檢察長和擔(dān)任國民政府最高等法院審判廳長期間,不畏權(quán)貴、剛正不阿、廉潔奉公、公正辦案的作風(fēng)及其為民國時(shí)期司法建設(shè)作出的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The activities of Huang Zhenpan, secretary of the Luodong Muslim Education Association, are described in the memoirs of Zhao Lan (Lan), his in-laws. In order to make up for the shortcomings of his memoirs as a history of letters, according to the long poems and other documents written by his colleague friend Wang Yong-bin, director of Huang Shi'an, and other documents, the activities of Huang Zhenpan's life, especially the time and reason of his death, were documented, and the inaccuracies were corrected. It also shows that during Huang Zhenpan's handling of the Song Jiaoren case and following Sun Zhongshan as chief procurator of the Guangdong military junta's higher procuratorial office and as head of the trial office of the highest court of the National Government, he did not fear power and dignitaries, and was upright and honest. The style of handling cases fairly and its contribution to the judicial construction in the Republic of China.
