【摘要】：畢淑敏豐富的人生歷程在當(dāng)代文壇上頗為特殊,軍人、醫(yī)生、作家、心理咨詢師等多重復(fù)雜的經(jīng)歷讓畢淑敏格外關(guān)注生命、死亡、疾病和人文關(guān)懷等話題。因其作品冷靜達(dá)觀且充滿悲憫情懷,20世紀(jì)80年代初登文壇便產(chǎn)生了廣泛的社會反響。畢淑敏擁有醫(yī)生和心理咨詢師的職業(yè)背景,將大量的臨床實踐和系統(tǒng)的病理學(xué)、心理學(xué)學(xué)科訓(xùn)練及思維方式融入文學(xué)創(chuàng)作,使她的作品在當(dāng)代文壇獨樹一幟。自畢淑敏進(jìn)入文壇以來,已發(fā)表了400多萬字的文學(xué)作品,學(xué)術(shù)界對其作品主題和表現(xiàn)手法等方面已有頗多研究,對其醫(yī)學(xué)與心理學(xué)的創(chuàng)作資源也多有論及,但從跨學(xué)科這個角度研究醫(yī)學(xué)與心理學(xué)資源對其創(chuàng)作所產(chǎn)生的影響方面尚有很大空間。本文即試圖從跨學(xué)科的視角切入,通過文本細(xì)讀來揭示多重職業(yè)背景與學(xué)科素養(yǎng)對畢淑敏文學(xué)創(chuàng)作的影響。除摘要、緒論與結(jié)語外,本論文主要內(nèi)容可分為三部分:第一部分試圖探討畢淑敏作品中的醫(yī)者敘事。以畢淑敏的中長篇小說為例,具體分析醫(yī)生經(jīng)歷對其文學(xué)創(chuàng)作在敘事內(nèi)容和敘事風(fēng)格方面的影響,思考畢淑敏作品中所呈現(xiàn)的醫(yī)學(xué)敘事獨特的審美價值和意義,以及畢淑敏作為一位醫(yī)生,其作品中所包含的對生命固有的執(zhí)念與深切的人文關(guān)懷。第二部分主要闡釋畢淑敏作品中的疾病隱喻。首先對畢淑敏特殊的從醫(yī)和從文經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行梳理,探討在醫(yī)學(xué)背景下畢淑敏作品呈現(xiàn)的獨特樣貌,特別是在其作品中所形成的特有的疾病情結(jié);其次通過畢淑敏的一些代表作品《紅處方》、《血玲瓏》、《拯救乳房》作為細(xì)讀和闡釋的對象,著重分析與之對應(yīng)的毒癮、白血病、乳腺癌三種疾病背后所附帶的隱喻意義,透視各種疾病符號下的歧視眼光和文化觀念,以此考察畢淑敏對社會現(xiàn)實和生命價值的關(guān)注,以及她試圖做出的療救。第三部分主要探討心理學(xué)素養(yǎng)對畢淑敏創(chuàng)作的影響。細(xì)致論述畢淑敏這一創(chuàng)作主體通過身份或社會角色的轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠渥髌穾淼姆N種變化,主要體現(xiàn)在獨特的創(chuàng)作視角和新穎的題材選擇等方面,她作為心理咨詢師的經(jīng)歷通過其有力而不失細(xì)膩的文學(xué)手法豐富了作品的內(nèi)涵和張力。通過分析《女心理師》、《拯救乳房》和《花冠病毒》這三部具有濃重心理學(xué)色彩的代表作,闡釋畢淑敏小說中的心理學(xué)創(chuàng)作理念。
[Abstract]:The life course of Bi Shumin is rich in the contemporary literary world is quite special, soldiers, doctors, writers, counselors and other complicated experience let Bi Shumin pay more attention to the life, death, disease and humanistic care and other topics. Because of its philosophical works and full of compassion, at the beginning of the 1980s literary has produced widespread social repercussions. Occupation background of Bi Shumin has the doctor and psychologist, the pathological and clinical practice of a large number of system science, psychology training and the way of thinking into the literary creation, her works in the contemporary literary world unique. Since Bi Shumin entered the literary world, has published more than 400 words of literary works, the academic research on the topic and the performance has been quite a lot of works on the way, the creation of medical and psychological resources also there are many, but from the perspective of interdisciplinary medicine and psychology. Effects produced by the source of its creation still has great space. This paper is trying to cut from the interdisciplinary perspective, to reveal the multiple occupation background and academic accomplishment of Bi Shumin's literary creation influenced by text reading. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main contents of this paper can be divided into three parts: the first part tries to discuss Bi Shumin in the works of Bi Shumin. The doctor narrative novels as an example, detailed analysis of the doctor experience influence on the literary creation in the aspects of narrative content and narrative style, narrative medicine thinking in Bi Shumin's works of aesthetic value and significance of the unique, and Bi Shumin as a doctor, contained in the works of the natural life obsession and humanistic care. The second part mainly explain the disease metaphor in Bi Shumin's works. Firstly, Bi Shumin special medicine and from the experience of the comb To explore the unique appearance, showing the works of Bi Shumin in the medical context, especially in the form of his work in the specific disease complex; followed by some of Bi Shumin's representative works "red prescription >, < < > blood exquisite, save the breast as object of reading and interpretation", emphasizes on the analysis of the corresponding., leukemia, metaphorical meaning attached behind three breast cancer disease, various diseases under the perspective of symbol discrimination and cultural values, explores Bi Shumin on social reality and the value of life and attention, she tried to make a cure. The third part mainly discusses the influence of psychology literacy on Bi Shumin's creation. The changes in detail Bi Shumin this is a creative subject by changing the identity or social roles for the work, mainly reflected in the creation of a unique perspective and novel theme selection, she in psychological counseling The experience of teachers has enriched the connotation and tension of works through its powerful and exquisite literary techniques. By analyzing the three psychological works of the female psychologists, save breasts and corolla virus, we have explained the psychological creation idea in Bi Shumin's novels.
