【摘要】：從說話藝術脫胎而出的《水滸傳》,保存了不少鮮活的宋元禪宗文化圖景,對禪宗叢林制度有多方面的敘及,主要包括寺廟經(jīng)濟如何運行、叢林職事制度中的分工與等級、叢林儀式的嚴謹與次序等等。小說揭示了檀越布施與寺產(chǎn)租金對于禪寺運營的重要性;介紹了禪寺內僧職的等級,透露出菜頭在叢林中的殊勝地位,談及俗僧們意圖爭做監(jiān)寺的事實;對禪堂上的"參請"與頌圣,行腳僧人的掛褡與告香等儀式、儀軌也都有著詳細而有趣的描述。細究這些儀式本身的流變,則能觀察出叢林制度文化的世俗化傾向�！端疂G傳》中的這些描寫與宋元時代的《禪苑清規(guī)》、《敕修百丈清規(guī)》、《五燈會元》等,相互印證也互有彌補。只是清規(guī)類書因其瑣碎、枯干,宗教人士也少有翻閱,佛教語錄中對叢林清規(guī)只是側面談及且更為零碎,反倒是通俗文藝的《水滸傳》能以一種活泛、生動的民眾感知方式,把看似隱秘的宗教生活場景以一種親切的姿態(tài)呈現(xiàn)至古今讀者眼前。禪宗文化,在本部小說中成為具有獨特審美價值的"全息文化景觀",它的存在也使得《水滸傳》在文化傳承上的價值與功效亟待重估。

It is only because of its trivial, dry, religious people rarely read, Buddhist quotations on the jungle regulations are only side talk and more fragmented. Instead, the popular literature "Water margin" can be a living, vivid way of public perception, the seemingly secret religious life scene in a kind of cordial posture to the readers of ancient and modern times. It has become a "holographic cultural landscape" with unique aesthetic value in this novel, and its existence makes the value and efficacy of Water margin in cultural inheritance urgent to be reassessed.
