股票市場作為資本市場的重要構(gòu)成部分,在經(jīng)濟(jì)中承擔(dān)著極其重要的資金與資源配置功能。目前中國大陸的股票市場與有效股票市場的目標(biāo)之間還有相當(dāng)?shù)木嚯x。如何把中國大陸的股票市場建成有效市場,是學(xué)術(shù)界和決策界共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 香港股票市場(以正式股票交易為標(biāo)準(zhǔn))自1891年誕生已經(jīng)有100多年的歷史,而大陸股票市場只有20年歷史。我認(rèn)為,中國香港股票市場發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)對完善中國大陸股票市場有重要的借鑒意義。因此,本文通過比較中國大陸與香港股票市場發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)狀,指出它們存在的問題及其發(fā)展方向。 本文分為以下三部分: 在第一部分,我介紹了幾種理論用來解釋股票市場的一般運(yùn)行規(guī)律和資產(chǎn)估價(jià)原理,并特別介紹了解釋中國股票市場運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)的理論觀點(diǎn)。這些理論分為四方面:股票投資原理、證券資產(chǎn)選擇理論、資產(chǎn)估價(jià)理論和中國股票市場的特點(diǎn)。 第二部分包括三章內(nèi)容,我對中國大陸和香港股票市場進(jìn)行了比較分析。在第一章,筆者分析了中國大陸股票市場的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)從股票市場的結(jié)構(gòu)(A股和B股市場)、海內(nèi)外上市程序與條件、上市公司的特點(diǎn)、包括上海和深圳股票交易所在內(nèi)的股票交易市場的特點(diǎn)、監(jiān)管...
