【摘要】：本文選取我國(guó)A股上市公司2009~2013年的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)不同行業(yè)間以及行業(yè)內(nèi)不同公司間的資本結(jié)構(gòu)差異情況進(jìn)行了研究,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)行業(yè)特征對(duì)上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:1在不同行業(yè)之間,資本結(jié)構(gòu)的平均水平存在顯著差異且具有普遍性和時(shí)間上的穩(wěn)定性;2不同行業(yè)內(nèi)公司之間資本結(jié)構(gòu)離散程度不同,并且不同年份波動(dòng)幅度較大;3不同行業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素不同,相同因素對(duì)不同行業(yè)影響程度不同,其中公司規(guī)模和盈利能力是最主要的影響因素。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2013 to study the differences of capital structure between different industries and between different companies in the industry, and empirically tests the influence of industry characteristics on the capital structure of listed companies. The results show that: (1) there are significant differences in the average level of capital structure among different industries, and the capital structure is universal and time-stable; (2) the degree of dispersion of capital structure among companies in different industries is different, and the fluctuation of capital structure in different years is larger; (3) the capital structure of different industries is affected by different factors, and the same factors have different influences on different industries, of which the size and profitability of the company are the most important factors.
