【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟是中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中保持動力的重要源泉，其在促進城市化、工業(yè)化進程以及提高就業(yè)水平等方面起著十分重要的作用。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的結(jié)果必然導致大批量中小企業(yè)的建立，然而，實體經(jīng)濟如何實現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展對企業(yè)所處金融市場中金融服務的多樣性、金融市場結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性、特別是金融市場效率提出了較高的要求。因此，結(jié)合我國實踐，研究金融市場效率與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的關(guān)系對指導金融市場下產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展具有極為重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 基于上述背景，本文圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與金融市場效率這一主題，綜合運用理論分析法以及實證研究方法，結(jié)合目前我國金融市場效率以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀，從提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展角度出發(fā)，研究金融市場效率對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響，為制定基于金融市場發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群戰(zhàn)略提供可靠的理論支撐。 本文的主要內(nèi)容：第一部分主要交代了本文的研究背景及研究意義、梳理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究問題及研究思路。第二部分主要從金融市場效率理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論以及金融市場效率影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的內(nèi)在機理三個角度進行分析，奠定了本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分結(jié)合我國實際，，分別考察了我國金融市場效率以及我國產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀。第四部分為本文的實證研究部分，以較具代表性的浙江、四川以及湖南三省的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)實證檢驗了金融市場效率對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的影響關(guān)系。第五部分主要是結(jié)合實證研究結(jié)果提出了本文的研究結(jié)論：（1）儲蓄投資轉(zhuǎn)換率的上升對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚產(chǎn)生推動作用；（2）以銀行體系為主導的金融市場在提高資本配置效率方面的效果并不理想；（3）我國地方政府行為對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展起阻礙作用；（4）進出口占GDP的比重對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚產(chǎn)生正向影響；（5）企業(yè)家的形成對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚起著促進的作用。此外，在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，本文最后還對如何通過提高金融市場效率促進區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration economy is an important source of power in the process of China's economic development. It plays a very important role in promoting urbanization, industrialization and improving employment level. The result of the economic development of industrial agglomeration will inevitably lead to the establishment of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, how to realize the rapid development of the real economy to the diversity of financial services in the financial market, the rationality of the financial market structure, In particular, the efficiency of the financial market put forward a higher demand. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between the efficiency of financial market and industrial agglomeration in order to guide the development of industrial agglomeration under the financial market. Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the theme of industrial agglomeration and financial market efficiency, and combines the current situation of financial market efficiency and industrial cluster with theoretical analysis and empirical research methods. From the point of view of improving the development of industrial agglomeration economy, this paper studies the influence of financial market efficiency on industrial agglomeration, and provides reliable theoretical support for the formulation of industrial cluster strategy based on the development of financial market. The main contents of this paper: the first part mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper, combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, and on the basis of this, puts forward the research problems and research ideas. The second part mainly analyzes the theory of financial market efficiency, the theory of industrial agglomeration and the internal mechanism of the influence of financial market efficiency on industrial agglomeration, which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper. The third part examines the efficiency of China's financial market and the present situation of industrial agglomeration. The fourth part is the empirical research part of this paper, which tests the influence of financial market efficiency on industrial agglomeration with the statistical data of Zhejiang, Sichuan and Hunan provinces. The fifth part is mainly based on the empirical research results put forward the conclusions of this paper: (1) the rise of savings and investment conversion rate to promote industrial agglomeration; (2) the effect of the financial market dominated by the banking system on improving the efficiency of capital allocation is not ideal, (3) the behavior of local government in China hinders the development of industrial agglomeration; (4) the proportion of import and export to GDP has a positive effect on industrial agglomeration, (5) the formation of entrepreneur plays a promoting role in industrial agglomeration. In addition, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to promote the development of regional industrial agglomeration economy by improving the efficiency of financial market.
