【摘要】：哈薩克斯坦金融市場開放程度高,因而受2008年國際金融危機的影響也比中亞地區(qū)的其他國家要嚴重,哈薩克斯坦的銀行業(yè)在此次國際金融危機中損失尤為慘重。作為中亞新興經(jīng)濟體的哈薩克斯坦,享受了近幾年來高油價帶來的高收益,并積極參與了國際經(jīng)濟協(xié)作和國際融資。但資本全球化是一把雙刃劍,在這次國際金融危機中,哈國金融市場受到的沖擊尤其嚴重。為準確描述后金融危機時期哈薩克斯坦的金融市場運行狀況,本文使用哈官方最新數(shù)據(jù)選取貨幣乘數(shù)這一綜合性指標予以反映。
[Abstract]:Kazakstan's financial markets are so open that it was hit harder by the international financial crisis of 2008 than any other country in Central Asia, where Kazakhstan's banking sector was particularly hard hit. As an emerging economy in Central Asia, Kazakhstan has enjoyed the high returns from high oil prices in recent years and has actively participated in international economic cooperation and international financing. However, capital globalization is a double-edged sword, in this international financial crisis, Kazakhstan's financial markets are particularly hard hit. In order to accurately describe the operation of the financial market in Kazakhstan during the post-financial crisis, this paper uses the latest official data of Kazakhstan to select a comprehensive index of currency multiplier to reflect it.
