【摘要】：人類步入二十一世紀(jì)以來，關(guān)于自主創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新能力的研究正成為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和管理學(xué)最活躍的研究領(lǐng)域之一。2006年，我國(guó)發(fā)布《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2006-2020）》，標(biāo)志著發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)，建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家，成為今后二十余年國(guó)家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)，創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的研究也相應(yīng)成為當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文研究創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市選擇與培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系問題，在理論上，有助于完善國(guó)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的理論體系，彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育研究的不足；在實(shí)踐上，不僅有助于創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)結(jié)合我國(guó)多層次資本市場(chǎng)體系，合理評(píng)估其上市選擇的可行性程度，，而且有助于創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度，力求上市融資所必須做出的相關(guān)決策改變。因此，研究創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市選擇與培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系問題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在綜合分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的上市動(dòng)機(jī)、上市地點(diǎn)選擇以及創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)選擇上市融資這一主線，結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際，運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新理論、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論等有關(guān)原理，從創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市環(huán)境分析入手，通過深入研究我國(guó)多層次資本市場(chǎng)體系下企業(yè)上市條件的差異，并對(duì)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)的上市范疇進(jìn)行了梳理和歸類，從上市條件、創(chuàng)新能力、外部支持三個(gè)方面重點(diǎn)分析了創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)的上市范疇，并且從這三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系；運(yùn)用層次分析法，確定創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的指標(biāo)權(quán)重；再運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法，構(gòu)建上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系評(píng)價(jià)模型，對(duì)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究，揭示出創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)在現(xiàn)有的條件下選擇上市的可行性程度；在結(jié)合實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行比較研究的基礎(chǔ)上，指出我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系存在的主要問題，提出完善我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型（試點(diǎn)）企業(yè)上市培育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系相關(guān)問題的一些思路。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the research on independent innovation and innovation ability has become one of the most active research fields in economics and management. China issued the outline of the National medium and long term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020), which marks the development of innovative enterprises and the construction of an innovative country, which will become the focus of the national innovation strategy development in the next 20 years or so. The research of innovative enterprises has also become the research hotspot in the field of innovation. This paper studies the selection and cultivation standard system of innovative (pilot) enterprises, in theory, it is helpful to perfect the theoretical system of domestic innovative enterprises, and to make up for the lack of research on domestic innovative (pilot) enterprises' listing cultivation. In practice, it is not only helpful for innovative (pilot) enterprises to reasonably assess the feasibility of their listing options in the light of our multi-level capital market system, but also to innovative (pilot) enterprises from the perspective of sustainable development. To seek listing financing must make the relevant decision changes. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the selection and cultivation standard system of innovative (pilot) enterprises. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the motivation of listing, the choice of listing location and the evaluation of innovative enterprises' innovation ability, this paper focuses on the main line of innovative (pilot) enterprises' choice of listing and financing. Combining with the reality of our country, using the relevant principles of innovation theory and enterprise growth theory, starting with the analysis of the listed environment of innovative (pilot) enterprises, this paper makes a thorough study of the differences in the listing conditions of enterprises under the multi-level capital market system of our country. In addition, the listed category of innovative (pilot) enterprises is sorted out and classified, and the listed category of innovative (pilot) enterprises is analyzed from three aspects: listing conditions, innovation ability and external support. And from these three aspects to construct the innovative (pilot) enterprise listing cultivation standard system; Using Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight of the standard system of innovative (pilot) enterprises listing cultivation; Then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model of the listing cultivation standard system, and to evaluate and study the innovative (pilot) enterprise listing cultivation standard system. To reveal the feasibility of the innovative (pilot) enterprises to choose the listing under the existing conditions; On the basis of comparative study of practical cases, the paper points out the main problems in the standard system of innovative (pilot) enterprises listing in China. Some ideas about how to perfect the standard system of Chinese innovative (pilot) enterprises listing are put forward.
